1. Engagement of Services
By engaging Satic Solutions for remote bookkeeping, accounting, or fractional CFO advisory, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided strictly on a remote basis, utilizing cloud-first tools and secure digital communication channels.
2. Service Scope and Standards
Satic Solutions provides professional financial services intended to align with US GAAP, ASPE, and IFRS frameworks. While our services are led by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the engagement is for bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory support. We are not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal or tax advice unless specifically detailed in a separate signed engagement letter.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure 100% accuracy and compliance, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial documentation.
- Grant necessary secure access to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) and relevant financial institutions.
- Review monthly reports and provide feedback or clarifications within 7 business days of receipt.
4. Software and Third-Party Tools
Our workflows integrate with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, and Gusto. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions and complying with the terms of these third-party providers. Satic Solutions is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party software.
5. Payment and Billing
Services are billed monthly based on your selected package (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise). One-time services, such as Audit Readiness cleanup, are billed separately. Payments are due at the start of each service period. We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts remain unpaid for more than 15 days.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain 100% confidentiality regarding your business financials. This is a mutual obligation: Satic Solutions will protect your data, and the client agrees to protect Satic Solutions' proprietary workflows, pricing structures, and reporting templates.
7. Limitation of Liability
Satic Solutions provides support based on the information provided by the client. We are not liable for financial discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or withheld information. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the preceding three months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination and settlement of all outstanding invoices, Satic Solutions will provide a final export of your financial records and revoke all access to your accounts.
