1. Engagement of Services

By using Satic Solutions, you agree to provide accurate financial documentation required for us to perform our bookkeeping and accounting duties.

2. Professional Standards

All work performed by Satic Solutions is intended to align with IFRS and GAAP frameworks. However, the client remains responsible for the ultimate accuracy of their business records and tax filings.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly based on the selected tier (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise). Payments are due at the start of each service month.

4. Limitation of Liability

Satic Solutions provides business consulting and bookkeeping support. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all pending financial records will be returned to the client.
